Client Challenge
Axel Arigato’s Music Truck Tour aimed to connect their community through a series of intimate, high-energy events across Europe. For the Amsterdam stop, A city untouched by the brand at the time they needed a venue and team that could deliver not just a location, but aslo produce the event and invite a community of its own.

The Insight
Delivering an activation that felt local, authentic, and seamless despite the brand having no prior infrastructure in the city  was made possible by dividing roles: Axel Arigato focused fully on the guests and experience, while PRE-RESERVED handled all behind-the-scenes complexity, artist needs, and on-site delivery. Providing the space, production support, and trusted local know-how.
